AWS Billing confusion

Howdy! So I created an account by going through the AWS Marketplace, but I’m still being treated as if I’m on the free plan. When I try to upgrade my account to a usage-based account, InfluxDB Cloud is asking me for a credit card when it should be billing through AWS.

Is there some fake CC from AWS I should put in just to get past that screen? If not, how do I get the Cloud UI to understand that I’m already supposed to be upgraded? I directly used the “subscribe” button on the Marketplace page.

I have encountered the same issue with AWS. I am currently unable to find tasks, alarms, and other features, nor have I been prompted to upgrade. I have already subscribed to the InfluxDB cloud. What should I do to use these features?
