Write data with Telegraf - data filtered by flux()

I want to write data to s3 by using telegraf. It’s ok I found the output plugin as in the following:

The question is: I want to write data that as a result of a spesific flux query. With or without using metric filtering

namepass = ["metric_1","metric_2"...etc.]

how can I filter data with flux() and wrte output of this query to s3 without using “Task” on the InfluxDB admin UI? Is there any way to embed flux() queries into telegraf configuration file?

That’s not possible.

If you want something that custom you can develop your own data gatherer. (and still pass by telegraf using the execd input)
