Upgrade from InfluxDB 2.0.9 to 2.2

I am running InfluxDB 2.0.9 on Debian and wish to upgrade to 2.2

Can someone explain:

  1. how to make a backup of my data (just in case things go bad)?
  2. how to do the upgrade? With other Linux programs, a script with a curl statement or something can often be used. What is the official method that Influx recommends for upgrading?

Thank you @Anaisdg I knew the instructions were probably out there, but sometimes search is elusive.

BTW, I have started the InfluxDB University videos that you made. They are excellent!
