I installed InfluxDB2 on a raspberry pi yesterday and started set up. Then left it before I finished, tried to lock back in today to finish set up and learn how to use it, but I keep getting a red box saying ‘Could not sign in’ in the top right corner.
I’ve tried following a few other posts on here on how to recover the user name to make sure I’m trying to log in with the correct details, but I either get a 401: unauthorised access, or an error on the bucket ‘Usersv1’.
I’ve also tried to uninstall and reinstall it several times, but that hasn’t made any difference.
Any help much appreciated
After 2 days of trying to resolve this and getting no where, I’m on the verge of walking away from influx and never using it again.
If more information is needed, I’m happy to try to provide it. Nothing I have tried has resolved my issue, hence why I am here
