as I see with InfluxDB 2.6 it is no longer possible to look at the token once it was created.
You see it only once when it originally created.
So what is the advise to store the token to use it later for other purposes ?
I just noticed this with v2.5 as well.
My guess is that it’s an enhanced security feature. If you really need to store the token(s), use a password vault.
Yes I know but it makes no sense to always create a new Token when you do not store it somewhere.
A not understandable function !
