We are collecting data from our workcenters on a local (on-premises server) InfluxDB release 1.8.4.
We subscribed an InfluxDB Cloud and we would like to activate a replication from local influx to cloud influx.
We’re not figuring out how to create the subscription on the local influx in order to write data to cloud one. We configured a local-local subscriptions on 2 on-premises machines so we’re aware about subscriptions creation, but on-premises we are on http protocol and not https (for instance, one of our concerns).
So the first question is: is it possible to create subscriptions from local 1.8.4 InfluxDB to the cloud one?
Second question: if yes, how we should create the subscription?
