Sync local database with Cloud using console command

Hi, does anyone know if its possible to sync a bucket to cloud using the replication command in console ? i did configure replication between VM on the same network but when i do the same using the CLOUD URL/ID i get “Failed to lookup local org”

anyone found a way to work around this issue ?

(im using Rocky9 with influx OSS 2.6 on both VMs everything is configured using PowerShell through ssh connection)
