Did you just make a new cloud account?
That feature has been EOL for cloud 2 unfortunately. Please make sure to specify your version and region in the docs to see if a feature is available for your instance type/version.

It isn’t new account. I use cloud 2: us-central1-1.gcp.cloud2.influxdata.com
What I have to do to activate mqtt?
