Not long ago, through a press release, I confirmed an article about InfluxDB 3.0.
I have confirmed that InfluxDB 3.0 Edge will be released in the second half of 2023, but I am curious about the license. Currently using InfluxDB2.0 OSS, will the license change?
I wonder about the future of influxdb OSS, I’m little bit worried…

We don’t yet know what we’ll be packaging up for the OSS builds. At the moment we’re focused on our cloud offering where we can get better visibility into how things are running and iterate. We expect that the use cases of our open source and our cloud will be different, but we don’t have any details just yet. We’ll make an announcement when we know more.
