Will there be tools to upgrade from 1.x to 3.0?
@Oliver-A This is a tough question to answer. I know that tooling is being developed to migrate TSM (v1/v2 storage format) to Apache Parquet (v3 storage format) and that it’s primary use case will be to move users on InfluxDB Cloud (v2/TSM) to InfluxDB Cloud Serverless (v3/Parquet). I assume this same tooling could be used to migrate from v1 OSS to v3, but I can’t say for certain.
