Inputs.http for InfluxDB 1.8 on Windows Platform

Hi,

I installed influxDB 1.8 on a windows server machine along with the latest telegraf distribution (1.14.2). I am trying to collect data from a web service that returns a JSON data using inputs.http. When i try to test the telegraf.conf, it always returns the below error;

[inputs.http] Error in plugin: [url=http://localhost:8888/api/getlivedata]: The System cannot find path specified.

If you have not solved this yet, can you share your configuration file? especially the part about the input http.
The error might be caused by some missing escapes
