I compiled InfluxDB 1.7 for IBM Power Systems using the POWER8 or POWER9 processor ppc64le

Would like an official build/support sometime but this is a starter for ten.
Also, have a new data collector for AIX and VIOS on the same platform along with a Linux on POWER - these generate JSON data and it injected into InfluxDB using Python.
