I installed influxdb v1.8 via brew on mac. But I couldn’t find the same version of influxdb-cli on brew. The version of influxdb-cli on brew is for v2 and as per my understanding, the cli and influxdb have to be on the same version, correct? Please advice where shall I get the right version of cli for influxdb v1.8… Thanks.
@Zhang_Zhao the influx binary should be bundled in the influxdb@1 formula, so you shouldn’t need to install any other formulas.
