Does anyone know if InfluxDB 3 will be compatible with the current Influxdb library’s within Rstudio?

Great question. Currently we’re focusing on building client libraries for all the languages that Apache Arrow Flight clients supports as our client libraries basically wrap the Arrow Flight clients for the query functionality.
So afaik there aren’t plans in the roadmap for R. 
But I encourage you to create a feature request here:
