Critical Replication Delay in InfluxDB Cloud – More Than 10 Days

We are using InfluxDB Cloud under a paid plan, and our experience has been very frustrating. The replication from our local InfluxDB instance to the cloud works initially, but then the delay starts increasing steadily. It eventually reaches more than 10 days, with the queue of unsynced data growing continuously.

We’ve tried every suggested fix, and our network is high-speed and stable. Despite this, the replication is unreliable and stalls after a short time. What’s even more disappointing is the lack of customer support, even though this is a paid service.

We were planning to scale up our usage significantly, but with the current state of replication, the platform is not usable. We urgently need help resolving this issue.

Has anyone encountered this before? Any help or guidance from the InfluxDB team would be appreciated.
