Chronograf user authentication in Windows

Hello,

I’m new to chronograf, I would like to activate user authentication in Chronograf, I found a info at following site : Managing Chronograf security | Chronograf 1.7 Documentation

Is there any example to do this in windows?
Documentation says only OAuth2 providers?
Can I do this locally same as in Grafana?

Sadly, no. Influx devs must be working on v2.0 which is reasonable.
