Chronograf is not accessible

Hi there
I am using influxdb 1.7.7. It has been deployed openshift POD.
After login to the influxdb CLI I can see all my databases. However when I test the datasource from Grafana, I get 503 service error.

This was working before. So is there a way/command to check whether Infuxdb is up and running from CLI or could it be some other issue?

Just realised that the issue is related to platorm and nothing to do with Chronograf.
