Unable to open boltdb file timeout

Running influx org create -n Test --local always returns the error “Error: Failed to initialize org service client: unable to open boltdb file timeout.” If I run influx org create -n Test --token myToken1234 the command works correctly. I’m using InfluxDBv2 2.0.0 alpha 18. I’ve also tested the Docker image, same result. Anyone knows where the problem might be?
