Running InfluxDB2.0 without UI

is it possible to disable the UI on Influx2.0? I would like to expose the HTTP API endpoint but not the UI

We are also interested on separating UI from API.

Is it possible to run UI and API on different ports o either restrict UI to a subset of origin IPs?
