Question about InfluxDB subscription with kapacitor

Hello,
I have two questions of subscription

The first question is if influxdb received data which is stored already in database, influxdb send that data to kapacitor??

second question is if influxdb received past data (for example, current time is 18:00 but received data time is 15:00),
influxdb send it to the kapacitor?

Hi Team,

We are also seen such problem. In our deployment we observed that influxdb subscriptions sending past data ( 2 days back ) and current data for the same tag. Because of this we got our complete monitoring / Alerting broken.
