we are running a self hosted influxdb server with the default ui. To be precise, this docker image: Docker in version influxdb:2.6.1-alpine.
We have recently got a license claim from Monotype, because influxdb uses the font Proxima Nova (Primary Typeface / InfluxData Branding Docs), which is licensed by them. From my understanding, this could affect almost all self-hosted influx servers.
Anyone else got a claim? I’m by far no legal expert. Or is the license, which “InfluxData Inc.” hopefully has, also applying to self-hosted instances?
