Offline Install on Raspberry Pi Buster

No quite sure what you mean about offline install, but this is what I did :

  1. Need a rpi3 , preferably rpi4 (needs arm aarch64)
  2. Enable the 64bit Linux kernel in raspian OS , detailed in this post I made last year
  3. download latest influxdb2 arm image , more info here
