Hello, I’m trying to install InfluxDB on a PI (RaspiOS Bullseye). Kapacitor is not listed in the packages for Debian ‘Bullseye’. Is that expected?

If you still are running 32-bit, you are going to need to install a pre-1.6 version of Kapacitor. As of Kapacitor 1.6, it only supports 64-bit.
Try the following:
wget https://dl.influxdata.com/kapacitor/releases/kapacitor-1.5.9_linux_armhf.tar.gz
tar xvfz kapacitor-1.5.9_linux_armhf.tar.gz
or if you want the deb package:
wget https://dl.influxdata.com/kapacitor/releases/kapacitor_1.5.9-1_armhf.deb
