nfluxDB Cloud on France region

We are collecting time‑series data from different global regions and currently store everything in InfluxDB Cloud on AWS EU‑Central‑1 (Frankfurt)

Now, we require strict data residency inside France in one of our case, meaning all data must remain physically within French borders. Since no France region is available in InfluxDB Cloud as we searched, we cannot meet these compliance.

we would like to request support for AWS eu‑west‑3 (Paris, France) as a new InfluxDB Cloud region.

What are possibility and what we need to do.

Hi @Nipesh, Currently there are no plans for Serverless offering to be hosted in France, however we do have InfluxDB Cloud Dedicated which is a single tenant solution unlike serverless that can be hosted in AWS eu‑west‑3 (Paris, France). If you’d like to know more, let me know.
