We have a problem migrating Influxdb from 1.8 to 2.5. We have two databases one in 1.8 (docker) and the other in 2.5 (docker). We are using the manually upgrade, using the influx_inspect export to read the data in 1.8 and influx write to write the data in 2.5. The database has 1.269.445.367 point. But we have very slow times.
105 minutes for backup of influx1.8 data (this generate a the 7.6G gz file)
320 minutes for restoring the data into influx2.5
¿There are another solution to migrate the data?. ¿Can we use another approach to do this task?
