Looking for rejected_points on OSS

Dear InfluxDB Community,

I suspect my instance of OSS v2.7.10 might be rejecting points.

Documentation for Cloud mentions that _monitoring bucket would contain the rejected_points metric. I suppose that is not available on OSS since my _monitoring bucket is empty.

I’ve set up the /metrics scraping bucket as described in the documentation, just self-monitoring.
I’m getting plenty of metrics but I don’t see anything regarding the rejected points.
Am I missing something? Is storage_writer_dropped_points an equivalent?

Otherwise, is there another way to monitor this on OSS?

Some time later, I can answer my own question - for posterity:

As per overlooked by me reference:

storage_writer_dropped_points Histogram of number of points dropped due to partial writes

storage_writer_err_points Histogram of number of points in errored shard write
