Kapacitor 1.5.7 has been released 5 days ago (https://github.com/influxdata/kapacitor/releases/tag/v1.5.7) but is missing from influxdata’s yum repo (https://repos.influxdata.com/rhel/7/x86_64/stable/).
One week later, Kapacitor 1.5.7 is still missing from influxdata’s yum repo…
Still no sign of Kapacitor 1.5.7 in the yum repo more than 3 weeks after the release…
Does it mean that Kapacitor and/or the InfluxData yum repos are not supported anymore?
More than 2 months after the release of Kapacitor 1.5.7, it is still missing from InfluxData’s yum repo (InfluxDB Repository).
So, de facto, Kapacitor and/or the InfluxData yum repos are not supported anymore.
I’m very sorry @LionelCons it is my fault. There was an oversight with our automation, and we are taking steps to fix it.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and I am sorry, that we totally missed this message.
In the meanwhile you can download it from the portal.
Just a clarification re: portal, you can always find the latest versions at Downloads.
