Hello InfluxData Support,
Our InfluxDB Cloud instance in region eastus-1 is currently failing with the error message:
“An internal error has occurred.”
We can see the bucket name, but there are no measurements listed. When we run queries for previously available measurements, we encounter the same error:
“An internal error has occurred.”
This issue is impacting our organization because we need access to the time series data stored in InfluxDB.
Could you please confirm whether this is an issue on your side (InfluxDB Cloud service) or something related to our configuration?
Please investigate and advise on the root cause and possible recovery steps. We need guidance on whether the data can be restored or if additional actions are required on our end.
