Hello InfluxData Support,
Our InfluxDB Cloud instance in region eastus-1 is currently failing with the error message:
“An internal error has occurred.”
This happens consistently when accessing the Cloud UI and when running standard queries.
The problem affects all users in our organization and appears to be a service-side issue rather than a client configuration problem.
Could you please investigate and advise on the current status of the cluster or any ongoing incidents in this region? We are unable to continue normal operations.
