Hello Influxdb Support Team,

I am writing this mail to ask for clarification and help in order to install and use the Influxdb from our companies internal server for work.

The one we used before was unfortunately not available or unreachable at the moment. We tried to access the repo of your server the link to that is https://repos.influxdata.com/

Using Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS (GNU/Linux 4.15.0-166-generic x86_64) but we could not get access to the repro and we get an error message like the screenshot I have attached stating failed to connect or unreachable to the server.[image]

Could you please help us know how to solve this issue and help me get access and install them successfully in our server without problem.

I believe this is a networking problem within your company, and not something
that we can fix, or even particularly help with.

Basically, you need to ensure that the machine you wish to install InfluxDB on
has working DNS and access to the Internet.
