InfluxDB Error: Internal Server Error with flux data source on Grafana

Hi

Please refer to the below screen.
InfluxDB version: 1.7.8
Grafana version: 6.3.5
grafana-influxdb-flux-datasource: 5.3.2
flux-enabled = true is set in influxdb.conf and flux is working via CLI.

Any help, please? Thanks!

Looks like Default bucket is mandatory. Hopefully, it helps someone in the future with the same issue

Thanks for all the great work!

Thanks bro you saved me.

I’m having a similar problem with the current plugin (Grafana v7.4.3) running InfluxDB (1.8.3) and setting the default bucket hasn’t helped me.

Further information:

  • I’m running in Docker (docker-compose) (so URL is ‘http://influxdb:8086’ where ‘influxdb’ is the service name.
  • The standard InfluxQL plugin works fine for me in Grafana
  • I can connect and run flux queries fine using Chronograf (again pointing at ‘http://influxdb:8086’)
  • I have no name/password set so all auth flags off

Any advice gratefully received!
