Hi all, I’m new to Influx and am (attempting) to run it on an Ubuntu 20.04 server to use with openHAB and Grafana. I’m having connection issues and am seeing some potential issues.
The CLI will not accept any command. Whatever I type in is met with “ERR: received status code 401 from server”
When log into the CLI I see:
Connected to http://localhost:8086 version 2.1.1
InfluxDB shell version: 1.6.4
I can log in through my browser to port 8086 but I’m not seeing data drop into my assigned buckets. I think this is because I’m not able to create a user in the CLI as per some openHAB community guides.
Are those version mismatches the cause of my issues? Thanks!
