If you are running the server on bare metal but the UI via docker, ensure you DO NOT USE 0.0.0.0:8181 DO USE: host.docker.internal:8181 because the UI is running inside docker and needs to connect a level above on the host machine.

InfluxDB is configured correctly. I don’t follow how your network is configured, but it looks like there’s a firewall or something blocking access to InfluxDB.
