Incorrect package influxdb_1.12.2-3

In package influxdb_1.12.2-3 file control.tar.gz not compresed.
This causes an issue with proxying the package through the Sonatype Nexus repository.

*UNKNOWN org.sonatype.nexus.repository.apt.datastore.internal.proxy.AptProxyFacet - Exception java.io.IOException: Input is not in the .gz format checking remote for update, proxy repo influxdata-ubuntu failed to fetch packages/influxdb_1.12.2-3_amd64.deb, content not in cache.
