In Influx OSS 1.8 are the stored passwords for users encrypted internally?

Hello,

I wanted to check if the passwords for users are stored encrypted internally ( version 1.8 OSS ) ?
I see that bcrypt is the default in enterprise version 1.8 . Is it the same in the open source version ?
