Get NodeJs metrics through telegraf

I need some information about Telegraf input plugin. I’m using telegraf for metrics collection right now facing a problem getting nodejs metrics.
Is it possible to get nodejs metrics through telegraf or even through Golang?
I don’t want any third app?
