Finding a CPU thread number limit option

Is there any way to limit CPU thread number for running a task?

Currently my downsampling task running in workstation (64 threads).
Without limiting option, my task consumes around 10 threads.

I’d like to limit the thread number to 8.

Welcome! I’m not sure yet. I’m asking around. But as a I ask, is it safe to assume you’re using InfluxDB v2 OSS?

Yes right, I am using influxDB v2 OSS (InfluxDB 2.1.1)
