Chronograph is not sending alert detail from post handler

Hi,

I have used alerting in chronograph to generate an alert when value cross the threshold limit. The task is sending an alert detail correctly to log file, in DB and to slack but when I used Post option to send the alert detail I am facing one issue. Post option is sending message to the destination page but without alert detail. It is just sending http messages not alert detail. Do we have to define anything in HeaderKey and HeaderValue box? Do we have to setup anything other than post url and alert message in chronograph?

I have tried with HeaderKey and HeaderValue, it still does not send alert messages.

I figured out the issue may be i can help fixing it.
