Alerts/logs SNMP timeout

Hello everyone, i’m collecting data from my network devices via SNMP and telegraf, but i was wondering if there is a way to give alerts on grafana or telegraf when there is problem with the connection or timeout or if telegraf was not able to collect any data?

I assume there would be in graphana, but dont have any experience there.

Telegraf, I don’t think so, but happy to be corrected by someone.
