View cpu_usage by different users

i want to monitor that how much cpu is being used by different users present on the system.

I know we can do it by cgroup plugin in the telegraf.conf file. I have installed cgroups-bin in my system, but I have no idea how to achieve what I want to.

Please help me to solve this.

How can I get what I want ?
