I was reading this post Enriching Your Data with Kapacitor and I was wondering if Kapacitor could be used as a “pre-procesor” with Logstash instead of Telegraf.

So it looks like it’s possible! 
Has anyone tried to send the information from Logstash to Kapacitor? Can it be done with logstash-output-influxdb plugin?
