i using influxdb as a docker for my Openhab and many telegraf installations.
Today i cant connect to the influxdb. So i see, that the service read datafiles.
I limit the memory to 400mb, but the telegraf db use more than 700 on dasd.
In effect, i change the memory to 1.2GB. But the service will dont accept a connect.
Always the read the File Message write to the log. I also cant use the influx command.
In last solution, i delete the files and restart the docker container.
But, it ist the right way? I dont think, the influxdb has a problem with large objects an limit memory.
