Kapacitor trying to connect to localhost instead of docker container host

Hi.

Using this configuration file; kapacitor.conf · GitHub

My Kapacitor container is trying to connect to localhost;

influxdb-kapacitor_1   | 2018-03-18T16:50:04.412049671Z ts=2018-03-18T16:50:04.411Z lvl=error msg="failed to connect to InfluxDB, retrying..." service=influxdb cluster=default err="Get http://localhost:8086/ping: dial tcp 127.0.0.1:8086: getsockopt: connection refused"

Did i miss something?
