Hi,
I’ve been playing with the time function mentioned here to supress alerts (fed up of being woken up at 4am).
So if i stop alerting at 23:00 tonight and start again tomorrow morning at 08:30 what will happen with the alerts that would normally be generated between those times? Will i receive all of these alerts at once when it gets to 08:30? or are those alerts never created?
Also, in the instance that there is an issue between 23:00 and 08:30 but no alert is created, is there an easy way to find the data points? Would a batch script that runs at 8:30 in the morning and checks the 9 hours and pull out any critical alerts be the way forward or is there a function in the TICK stack to get this information?
