Kapacitor moving timeStamp 24H

Hello team,

I Have specific needs, I have one production DB in influx that contains some trip information (each gps point for one trip)
I need to move parts of this in one demo DB and i need to move the timestamp of each point in + 1 Day each 7 day a week, each 24H to have same data each day but moved to on realistic périod

I have think to use Kapacitor but i have no idea about to start

I will try it, just question, is that to compare only 2 filed, or can we move time to other en write it instead of older time
