Is connecting using UNIX domain sockets supported in influxdb v2?

in influxdb-v1 it was possible to connect using unix-domain-sockets (there were config params like “bind-socket” and “unix-socket-enabled”. is this not possible in influxdb-v2?

(NOTE: i do not need this functionality, i just need to know if it is supported, or will be supported, or it has been decided that this is not going to happen in influxdb2)

Hi @Anaisdg — did unix-socket-enabled end up finding support in InfluxDB 2? I don’t see a 2.1 configuration option for it on Manually upgrade from InfluxDB 1.x to 2.1 | InfluxDB OSS 2.1 Documentation (and I do need this functionality)
