Log my PV system with Modbus and read out the data.
I am using Iobroker in conjunction with the Influx DB (Cloud). However, I have a problem that I always get the value 0 in the InfluxDB when reading.

Do you have any documentation on how ioBroker connects and writes to InfluxDB. Hopefully we can understand why you are getting 0’s. Would you also be toggle over to the Table tab rather than using the Table UI visualisation?
