We maintain a list of reserved keywords in our system and we are in the process of reviewing that.
I’ve found in the docs that the time keyword is special and cannot be used as a field key.
is there any other keyword that is not in the list of InfluxQL keywords that we should avoid as field or tag keys?

The list should be pretty comprehensive. If you avoid those keywords, you should be good!

New to InfluxDB studio and developing in general actually. Is there a dictionary for the (80+) keywords? I want to print it out to better my understanding and efficiency of the programme.
e.g “Select - Highlight values from target field / database” (Not sure if this is even right, it’s just an example)

Not a dictionary, per se, but link in the topic post describes and shows example uses of most of the keywords.
