Influxdb 0.9.4 export some metrics import 1.3.5

Hi,

what is the procedure to export some metrics from influxdb 0.9.4 and import them (on another server) into 1.3.5?
Is this somewhere documented?
I don’t want the entire database, just a couple of metrics…
