Import Chronograf dashboard using REST APIs or influx CLI

I’m trying to automate the installation of InfluxDBv2, and that involves importing a dashboard which I’ve exported from the Chronograf UI a while ago. Is there a way to import a dashboard using the REST APIs or the influx CLI?
